We maintain an established Diversity program and, as part of the Tutor Perini organization, we have emerged as a national leader in diversity initiatives. We have implemented a number of innovative programs aimed at recruiting and educating companies about new opportunities, and empowering contractors with the business and construction management training required to succeed on fast-paced, large-scale construction projects.
Building upon the strategies used, experiences gained, and achievements for which we have been recognized, we develop an outreach plan specifically for each project. These plans are a collaborative effort with the client to maximize the outreach efforts.
