The Maintenance of Equipment Building is a two-story, 91,000-square-foot masonry and steel structure building, which includes 46,000 square feet of shop and work areas, 12,000 square feet of administration offices, a new 11,000-square-foot rail yard control tower, and a new 12,000-square-foot electrical substation.
