The LEED Gold certified Cira Centre South, formerly know as Chestnut Street Tower, is located in downtown Philadelphia and holds the title of the tallest student apartment building in the U.S. The project is a 33-story, 481,000-square-foot student housing facility containing 322 units comprised of studios through four-bedroom suites, with 850 bedrooms in total, including kitchens, living/dining areas, laundry and bathrooms.
