This design-build, fast-track project was completed in 10 months, ahead of schedule. The contract included the construction of new seating to reconfigure the existing baseball stadium into a state-of-the art, dual-purpose, professional football and baseball stadium with high resolution color video and matrix display boards. Work also included the construction of luxury suites, club facilities, press boxes, installation of high resolution color video and matrix display boards.

The project required working multiple crews around the clock to meet the very difficult schedule. Community relations were vital to employ many local minority residents to form the many construction crews necessary to complete the project on time.
